Terms & Conditions
Orders are delivered within 9 days of placement and can be placed on the website. A confirmation of your order will be sent via email. If in unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued or an alternative delivery date will be arranged, which ever is more suitable for the customer.
Prices are in AUD and do not incur GST.
Payment can be made prior to or on the day of delivery. Cash or direct debit is our preferred method of payment. Credit card payments are available.

FREE DELIVERY within 15km radius of Melboune CBD - please contact us if further away (usually delivering on Thursdays or Saturdays)
Your meat will be delivered in cryovac sealed packs, packed in boxes to you or your doorstep.
Please be very clear with delivery instructions, exact address and phone number at delivery address.
You can keep delivered meat refrigerated in the sealed cryovac packaging for a week - or less if you have a high use fridge (kids or husband opening the door every 5 minutes). Handle carefully to not pierce packs, if seal is broken, remove wrapping and replace with bags.
The quality of the meat is not effected by freezing for up to 3 months.
If not home on delivery day please leave an esky with ice or cold blocks at your door for us to put lamb in.
Cancelling Your order
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing order.
Refund and Returns Policy
Plains Paddock strives to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with the product and service they receive. If for any reason you are unhappy with your lamb, please contact us.
